- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cavatt.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 days.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the returns process outlined above and indicate your exchange preference in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.
- Once a go-back is permitted and the object is obtained in its authentic condition, we are able to process your refund within 5-7 commercial enterprise days. The refunded quantity might be credited back to your authentic charge method.
